Professional summary
I am a coastal ecologist interested in the interaction between marine animals, their environment and people. Currently, my research is focused on how environmental factors and species interactions determine the distribution of organisms. Through my research, I want to contribute to our understanding of how climate change and other antropogenic stressors might affect species interactions, and how in turn, future distributions might look like. Other topics I am interested in are how landscape-scale characteristics drive community composition and the role of positive interactions in determining and sustaining communities.
